Best to book direct, which we did - better value.This B&B was "tired" and a bit rough at the edges in terms of decor and general tidiness, and, for example, the light in our ensuite was inadequate. However, it just been taken over by a family from a chain business who clearly had got behind with upkeep.The welcome was good and personable, it was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It is an excellent location close to the M4/M32, but surprisingly quiet as it is well surrounded by trees.We were promised that redecorating and addressing defects was the top priority for the new owners. We shall see, as it is a brilliant location for our needs. - Malcolm H
